RTO Calculator provides a high-density utility designed to compute mathematical estimates of Road Tax, Professional Tax (P. Tax), associated statutory interest, and daily delay penalties in accordance with published Maharashtra tax rules.

Access to calculation queries, tax engines, and PDF report generation is metered via digital prepaid tokens:
All token top-ups, calculation bundles, and digital services are non-tangible digital items credited in real time. Once tokens are credited to your account or consumed in calculations, WE OFFER NO RETURNS, NO CANCELLATIONS, AND NO REFUNDS for consumed calculations or generated assessment reports.
Technical Payment Exception: If a payment is successfully debited from your bank or card via our payment gateway, but tokens fail to credit due to a verified technical gateway or server communication error, our automated reconciliation engine will credit your tokens upon verification. If reconciliation cannot complete within 7 business days, you are entitled to a full manual credit or refund upon notifying our support team.
Chargebacks & Payment Reversals: In the event a payment is reversed through a bank chargeback, payment dispute, or app-store refund, the corresponding tokens are immediately clawed back from your wallet. If the tokens were already consumed, your balance will reflect a negative token balance, and account services will remain locked until the deficit is cleared.

The proprietary tax algorithms, penalty computation engines, backend microservices, design system tokens, and balance synchronization logic are proprietary assets of Dalvi Consultancy and Dalvi Moto World. Unauthorized duplication or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.
