Consent gate: we do not initialize backend authentication or database services, register app service workers, run live update checks, or send analytics/audit/device diagnostic logs until you accept the cookie and analytics prompt.

We use the collected information solely for operating, maintaining, and improving RTO Calculator:
- To manage your token balances and credit status securely.
- To compile and export VPTC Tax Compliance reports in PDF format.
- To address support requests, including delete account requests and billing queries.
3. Account & Data Deletion
We respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data:
- You may request complete account deletion at any time using the Account Deletion request form.
- Upon receiving your request, we permanently purge your user profile, stored calculations, and billing records from our databases within 7 business days.
4. Payment Processing
Payment token top-ups are securely handled through standard payment gateways. RTO Calculator does not view, collect, or store any sensitive banking, card number, or credential details on our servers.
