2. Unified Single Consent Framework

RTO Calculator operates on a single unified consent model under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). When you accept our consent banner on the home webpage or the consent checkbox on the sign-in screen, you provide unified affirmative consent for:

• Essential operations: account sign-in via Google, encrypted wallet balance maintenance, and cloud database synchronization;
• Diagnostic & stability telemetry: crash reporting, application error tracing, and performance analytics to ensure application security, speed, and reliability.

Zero Advertising: We do not display advertisements, do not employ third-party advertising trackers, and explicitly strip the Google Advertising Identifier (AD_ID) from our mobile builds.

3. Information We Collect

To deliver tax estimates, maintain user wallets, and troubleshoot application crashes, we collect:

• Account Data: Your verified Google email address, display name, and unique Firebase UID when you authenticate.
• Calculation Inputs & Vehicle Numbers: Vehicle Registration Numbers (VRN), registration dates, and chosen tax slabs. This information is processed strictly to compute tax estimates, generate PDF reports, and populate your private calculation history. History is encrypted locally in your browser/device storage and backed up in your authenticated cloud profile.
• Device Identifiers & Technical Diagnostics: Device identifiers, coarse form-factor (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile), operating system, browser family, screen resolution, network connectivity type, and anonymized application crash stack traces. Fine-grained hardware fingerprinting (such as CPU concurrency or canvas rendering) is strictly disabled.
• Purchase & Payment Records: Merchant transaction identifiers, Razorpay order IDs, Google Play purchase tokens, timestamps, and payment status. We never see, collect, or store your sensitive banking credentials, credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs; all payments are processed directly by certified payment gateways.
• Support & Grievance Inquiries: Your name, phone number, email address, category, and inquiry message when you submit a support ticket or account deletion request.

4. How We Use Information

Personal data is processed strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• To manage your token wallet balance, credit paid packages, and prevent double-spending;
• To compile and export detailed Professional Tax Compliance PDF assessment reports;
• To monitor server uptime, troubleshoot application exceptions, and resolve mobile crash events;
• To address customer assistance inquiries and process account deletion requests.

5. Third-Party Infrastructure & Service Providers

We share data only with trusted enterprise service providers essential for platform operations:

• Cloud Infrastructure & Database Hosting: Google Cloud Platform & Firebase (Mumbai region) for authentication, encrypted database storage, and crash reporting;
• Payment Aggregators: PCI-DSS certified payment gateways (Razorpay) and Google Play Billing for processing token wallet top-ups;
• Operational Audit Loggers: Google Workspace / Apps Script for audit logging of financial transactions, refund requests, and support tickets.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third-party marketing companies or brokers.

6. Data Principal Rights & Account Deletion (DPDP Act 2023)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have specific rights concerning your personal data:

• Right to Access & Correction: You have the right to view a summary of your personal data and calculation history in your dashboard and request corrections if inaccurate.
• Right to Erasure & Account Deletion: You may submit an account deletion request at any time using our dedicated Account Deletion Request Form.
• Turnaround Time: Upon receipt of a verified deletion request, we permanently erase your user profile, vehicle calculations, and stored data within 7 business days. Financial ledger entries are retained only for the minimum period required by Indian accounting, tax, and anti-fraud regulations.
• Right of Grievance Redressal: You may lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer regarding any matter relating to the processing of your personal data.
